Teacher Training Programme for International Educators at Languages United
Designed to enhance English teaching skills through an immersive experience in the UK, this course was developed in collaboration with Languages United, a British Council-accredited institution specializing in teacher training, this course provides teachers with a high quality learning experience while they immerse themselves in Britain’s rich history and culture.
The city of Bath is famous for its stunning Georgian architecture, Roman Baths, historic abbey, and picturesque streets. With its rich history, and vibrant academic atmosphere, this city offers an inspiring environment for professional development. Just 90 minutes from London and 1 hour from Oxford by train, making it easy to explore the UK.
Highlights
The programme Includes excursions to Oxford, London, and Cardiff, visiting historic landmarks, and local cultural experiences in Bath, like a historic walking tour, a visit to the Roman Baths, and a cook-a-long session exploring British cuisine.
Teachers will take part in 21 hours of morning training sessions, focusing on language development, interactive workshops, and best practices in English Language Teaching. And 4.5 hours of project-based learning, where participants collaborate with fellow educators to explore innovative teaching methodologies in real-world teaching scenarios.
Accommodation is provided with homestay families, offering a welcoming and immersive cultural experience. Teachers will stay in single or twin rooms with half-board accommodation, including breakfast and dinner. Lunch vouchers are also provided.
Participants staying more than a 20-minute walk from the school will receive a bus pass. Lunch vouchers are also provided.
